By signing the registration form for the Fragrance Yoga / St. Nicholas Retreat, the following terms and conditions apply.
2. registration
Registration takes place via Digistore24.
Upon receipt of the registration, it is binding for those interested. The interested party declares himself with the storage of his data, taking into account the Federal Data Protection Act, I Agree.
3. participation
The Nicholas Retreat includes, the fragrance yoga applications mentioned above. Overnight and food, etc. are booked through the Winzerhotel Trautwein. Missed course hours cannot be made up for.
4. Terms of payment
Fragrance yoga class:
The course fee will be charged via Digistore24.
Registration is binding upon receipt of payment.
Should the participant not be able to participate, there is no claim for reimbursement.
Should the participant cancel the course for personal reasons, there is no right to a refund.
If the minimum number of participants is not reached, we reserve the right to cancel the retreat. Already paid costs will then be refunded in full immediately.
There is the possibility, designate a person as a replacement, there are no additional costs.
Travel costs are to be borne by the participant.
5. Insurance coverage
Claims for damages are excluded, unless, they are based on intent or gross negligence
6. individual responsibility
Each participant decides, how far he gets involved in the physical and psychological processes offered. It is highly recommended, to continue with medical treatment and not to discontinue drug therapy. Who is in therapy (medical, physically, psychologically or otherwise), must with his respective therapist, Doctor or other therapeutic companion, clarify participation in the events or courses.

All recorded data of the participants, are treated strictly confidentially.
8. Copyright and Trademark Law
The copyright for published, objects created by the owner, remains with the owner of the pages. Any reproduction or use of such graphics and texts, is not permitted without the consent of the owner.
